Shipping Policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders will be completed and dispatched within 10-15 business days from the payment date.
  • All processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • After your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch, you will receive notifications via Email.

2. SHIPPING METHODS

  • Towed Delivery: Delivery will take place within 1-5 business days after receiving the ready for dispatch notification. An additional day is required for outlying areas.
  • Collections: You can arrange for collections. The pick-up location will be shared upon request.

3. ORDER TRACKING

For orders placed with Towed Delivery, tracking updates can be requested either via email or by reaching out to us on WhatsApp at 082 484 4905. 

4. DELIVERY INSURANCE

Items are not automatically insured. However, GIT insurance can be added upon request for added protection.

5. EXCEPTIONS & DELAYS

While we always aim for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, load shedding, strikes, production delays, and other carrier-related issues might cause delays. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
